Well, I suspect this is going to be a long process! I spent longer than usual on this today… can you tell? And that’s after working all day on window frames and skirting boards which don’t count at all 🙂
After half an hour I had almost worked out a successful method for painting the leaves, then the light ran out again – I think this is going to be a frustratingly regular occurrence for the next 5 months! Perhaps I need to invest in a daylight lamp as it seems I’m generally going to have more free time in the evenings.
So, I think this painting is going through the really painful stage where everything looks bad… I think it might last a few days with this one… don’t be afraid to go away and come back at the end of the week, hopefully I’ll have it worked out by then.
