This painting is a follow on from our recent Chinese Winter Landscape, looking very similar but with a Spring theme. You’ll notice that the snow and cold blue is replaced with green and the pink of Cherry Blossom. Otherwise it could almost be an identical picture.
My Chinese painting class is in recess for the moment so there’ll be no new paintings for a few weeks. In the meantime I’m practising techniques and trying to make sure I don’t forget how to paint….
