Apologies for the small and somewhat rushed picture today… We recently got home from watching England playing Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (a very good way to spend the day!) and I then had to try and concentrate long enough to produce something to share today. Needless to say my plan to do something before going out this morning came a cropper and I’m so tired and hot now that my patience is frayed, sorry.
So here’s a rather comical little caricature of one of the wickets today: we saw an excellent day of play with Australia batting for most of it. England finally got them all out at 5.30pm and batted for half an hour, losing one wicket before play finished. Back to a normal day tomorrow for practise, although I think I may spend some time in the near future practising painting people, it seems it might be a weak area for me :-P.
