Running out of time today I literally threw the detail on these tree trunks, and I think maybe it shows too…
Personally I think the first, thin, Raw Sienna wash was a bit saturated & now all the trees look too brown. I’m also realising that I used a smaller size paper than the demonstration which means my trees are a bit close together (not too mention badly drawn).
Luckily there’s still some detail to add in various areas so hopefully it will all come together at the last minute. If it comes to the worst I can still begin again anyway… after all, isn’t it all about learning and improving, step by step…
