I was debating whether I’d missed my window of opportunity today when I came across a fabulous photo of a cat scared by a dog… and at 11pm decided to give it a go 🙂 .
Half an hour later I have a particularly evil looking cat, nothing like the original, but lots of fun to do – and a reminder to me that you don’t have to get smooth gradient washes and beautiful sharp edges to make an interesting picture. However, if I could just wait occasionally until the paint dried before trying to improve it I would probably be much further on in my studies & practise.
