I worked a bit more on the picture of Olga’s dogs today (Olga’s my Pilates teacher), I wish I could remember their names, but I get confused as they’re Russian ( I think!) and both start with ‘T’.
I still need to learn to loosen up, but for curly hair that might be an oxymoron – I have no idea how you could make believable curly dog hair without a lot of control – but this is a promising start nonetheless.
I’m still trying to take in all the reading I’ve done lately about composition and colour and at the same time being cautious that I don’t make a mess just because I’m trying to over think things… currently I’m following the shades that were in the photo, but who knows how long that will last… or work out 😛 .
As usual your love of animals combines with your growing skill. I believe her already, even though she’s only a head!! xx
